Voice Solutions NW

Telecommunications Systems Integrator

We design, deploy, and migrate business phone systems.

Voice Solutions NW LLC is an engineering firm working on cloud voice platforms, carrier interconnects, and the unglamorous migration work in between. We are engineers first — the same people who scope the project configure the SBC and stand on site at cutover.

Capabilities

What we are engaged to do

Deployment and migration work, end to end. Most engagements are a business moving off something old, onto a cloud platform, without losing a call while it happens.

Zoom Phone deployment

Site and user provisioning, dial plan and extension design, auto receptionists, call queues, emergency address registration, device staging, and user onboarding through go-live.

Carrier and SIP integration

SIP trunking and Bring Your Own Carrier configuration, session border controllers, trunk redundancy and failover, and codec and transport troubleshooting at the packet level.

Numbering and regulatory

Number porting and LNP project management, E911 address registration and validation, CNAM, A2P 10DLC campaign registration for business texting, and STIR/SHAKEN attestation.

Call routing and contact centre

IVR and auto attendant design, queue and skills-based routing, business hours and holiday logic, overflow and after-hours paths, and reporting that answers the questions the business actually asks.

Legacy PBX migration

On-premise PBX, PRI and analog cutovers to cloud, including hybrid coexistence and the endpoints that get forgotten until go-live: fax lines, overhead paging, elevator and alarm circuits.

Integration and automation

CRM and ticketing integration, directory synchronisation, provisioning automation against vendor APIs, and custom telephony development where an off-the-shelf feature does not exist.

Architecture

Where we work in the call path

A cloud voice deployment is rarely just the cloud platform. The carrier side, the border element, and whatever legacy equipment has to keep working during coexistence are all part of the project — and all places a cutover goes wrong.

A typical cloud voice topology with carrier interconnect. The dashed path is the legacy equipment that has to keep working during coexistence and is retired at cutover — usually the part of a migration that gets discovered late.

Method

How a deployment runs

The same five phases on every engagement, scaled to the size of the site. Each one gates the next, and the rollback is written down before anything is cut over.

  1. 01

    Assessment

We inventory what is actually in place — lines, trunks, devices, and every existing call flow — and document it. Most migration failures trace back to a circuit nobody knew was still live.

  2. 02

    Design

Platform configuration, numbering plan, routing map, and a written cutover runbook with a defined rollback. You approve the design before anything is built.

  3. 03

    Pilot

A small user group runs on the new platform in parallel with the old one. Problems surface with ten users watching, not two hundred.

  4. 04

    Cutover

Numbers ported and traffic moved, staged by site or department rather than all at once, inside a scheduled window with rollback available at each stage.

  5. 05

    Support

Post-cutover stabilisation, administrator training, and documentation handed over — so your team can run the system without us, and calls us because they want to.

Platforms

  • Zoom Phone
  • SIP / SBC (BYOC)
  • FreeSWITCH
  • NetSapiens
  • Legacy PBX (PRI, analog)

Our engineering work is hands-on: SBC configuration, SIP trace analysis, porting project management, and custom development against vendor APIs where a needed capability does not ship in the product.
